1. Initial Consultation

Our initial consultation is more of a round table discussion.  This provides us the opportunity to learn as much as we can about you, your expectations and your project.  Once we have a clear understanding of your desires, we can make qualified recommendations based on your tastes and budget.  

We start by giving you a thorough education on the entire scope of your project.  We then discuss all the possible scenarios of what we may encounter.  This conversation removes the majority of unforseen variables that could result in unpleasant surprises.  

Once all parties have a clear understanding of the entire work scope and associated costs, all relevant information is put in writing, down payment is recorded and projected start date is scheduled.  

2. Product Selection

Our interior designer has over 20 years experience assisting homeowners in all phases of your project; from color selection to furniture placement, cabinetry to lighting, you will have our full support available to you.  If special-order items have been requested, work will not begin until all products are on-site, inspected and are damage-free.

3. Construction Begins

Once all special-order materials are present and demolition is complete, we proceed with the rebuild process.  You will have a project manager assigned to direct our team and will remain on site for the duration of your project.

You will be given daily progress updates and have an opportunity to provide feedback and address any concerns you may have.  Your feedback is vital to the outcome of your project.  As most of our work is custom tailored to your liking, we encourage your involvement.

4. Follow Through

After project completion you will be given the opportunity to throroughly inspect our work.  At that time, any concerns you have will be addressed.  Once you are completely satisfied, we collect any balances that are due and issue receipt for your payment.  As time goes on, we follow up with you to ensure your ongoing satisfaction with our craftsmanship.

Upon the conclusion of each workday, you will have the opportunity to review our work and provide feedback to our project manager.
